- Skills and drills opportunity for all girls.
- A fantastic Women's Rugby 7s Exhibition match will follow after the skills sessions
- The bar will be open, the canteen will also be open, and a coffee cart coming, there will be a BBQ.
- Chance for players seeking dispensation to play down from U10/U11 into the U8/U9 age group.  Please note there will be no dispensation for U12 girls to play down in the U10/U11 age group but please come and talk to us about options.
- There is a lot of parking all around Terrey Hills Oval and in surrounding streets.  Please be mindful of our neighbours and take care not to park across driveways.

Players and Teams

Please email Seaforth Raiders Girls Rugby Coordinator Will Tuckfield if your daughter will be  playing in either of these two age brackets:

- U8 - 9s Girls Minis Rugby - Coached by Reuben Bijl
- U10 - 11s Girls Sevens Rugby - Coached by Mania Marsters

We plan to use the launch night as an opportunity to introduce clubs/teams/players to each other to form teams if needed – in your Clubs shorts and socks, your players will be able to play with the same group all season. Essentially we'll have Baa-Baas teams when needed to make up numbers so no girls miss out.

The first games of the season will be on Saturday 30th March, and we hope to be able to have a draw out for the first three games as soon as possible after the launch night.

Where are we playing?

All girls games in the Sydney North Girls Rugby Competition will be played at Terrey Hills Oval on a Saturday morning.

What times are the games?

We will know that once we get an indication of the number of teams/players registered.  Minis will play first and Sevens will follow.

How long is the season?

We will align our draw with the SJRU Minis and Juniors.  There will be 3 games before we break for Easter and the school holidays.  The minis season will be no more than 16 weeks.  There will be finals for the Sevens season.  There will be no games on the long weekend in June and at this time the Sydney Gala weekend is to be confirmed.

Is there any help required through the season?

Yes, we will need assistance with set up and pack up – we will roster teams on each week.  This information will be included with the draw.  It would also be help full to have some volunteers to assist with the Canteen/BBQ, First Aid and Ground Marshalls each week.  If you have any volunteers keen to assist please encourage them to see the team at the Information desk on Launch night?

What happens in wet weather?

Should the council close the field the games will be cancelled.  We will post any wet weather information the Facebook page as soon as we are aware of the field closure.  Generally we will know by 3pm on Friday for the next day or by 7am on Saturday if there are storms through the night.

How you will you stay in touch with our club?

We will appoint a minis girls co-ordinator and communications will be through the Teamstuff App.
