Registering with Seaforth Raiders via Rugby Xplorer
Quick & Easy Guide – Winter 2026 Season
To play or volunteer with Seaforth Raiders, every participant must register through Rugby Xplorer, the official system of Rugby Australia.
Step-by-Step Registration
- Create a Rugby Xplorer Account
- 📱 Download the Rugby Xplorer app (Apple or Google Play)
or visit https://www.rugby.com.au/rugby-xplorer
- Click “Create an account”
- Enter name, email, phone number, and date of birth
- Accept terms, verify your email, and set a password
- Log in and complete your profile
- Link Family Members
- After creating your account, add children or other family members for easy management and payment.
- Register to Play or Volunteer at Seaforth Raiders
- Log into Rugby Xplorer
- Click “Register” → Select Play Rugby
- Search for Seaforth Raiders Rugby Club
- Choose the person and role (Player / Coach / Volunteer / Manager)
- Registration type: Season
- Complete form (emergency contacts, school, height/weight for players)
- Submit and pay. Confirmation will be emailed.
You can register multiple children in one session to access multi-child family discount
2026 Season Fees (Winter Season Only)
Early Bird Discount available till Feb 15th 2026 $20

U4 & U5 – Walla Rugby | $50 (Rego opens Feb 15th, 2026) aka Mighty U5’s |
U5 – U7 – Tri Time (Tag) | $152 (U5s who want to play Saturday matches) |
U7 – U9 XV Juniors (Tackle) | $256 (U7’s who want to play Saturday tackle in U8s) |
U10 – U12 XV Juniors | $293 |
Family Discounts (applied when registering all children in one session):
- 2nd child: $30 off
- 3rd child: $50 off
Note: Fees are split between Seaforth Raiders, Sydney Junior Rugby Union, NSW Rugby Union & Rugby Australia to cover training, insurance, fields, referees, and admin
Important Notes
- Refunds: Seaforth Raiders can only refund the club’s portion of the fees.
- Age Grading: Registration is based on calendar year (e.g. born in 2018 = U8).
- Size for Age: If your child is significantly smaller/larger than peers, a formal assessment may be required via SJRU.
- Transfers & Imports: SJRU transfer rules apply. If your child is from out-of-area or another club, your registration may be subject to review.
